Ma’ano fried chicken in University Village, Seattle
This hidden gem is located inside Rachel’s Ginger beer in University Village, Seattle. The name is so intriguing! Growing up, my nickname was “Mano” which is an Urdu word, and it means “cat”. The name of this spot always reminds me of that. The fried chicken here is SO GOOD! It also has a kick to it, the seasoning tastes like Korean spices. I’d recommend pairing it up with Rachel’s ginger beer. The flavor I got was guava, ginger. Delicious! Check it out when you’re in U Village next.
